Traces of Japan is a sourcing and material story that informs a portion of the Ash & Clay range.

The collection brings together ceramic, wood, glass, and textile objects sourced from workshops across Japan — from Okinawa to Kyoto — selected for their restraint, balance, and material integrity.

Ash & Clay will be exhibiting at Reed Gift Fair, Sydney, in February 2026. The stand will present a curated selection from the ongoing range, alongside new pieces developed with Japanese makers.
