All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Once an order is placed, the price is final.

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order indicates your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

Pro Forma Invoice Orders

For all orders:

• shipping costs are calculated after checkout

• we issue a Pro Forma Invoice

• your order ships only once the invoice is paid in full

If the invoice is not paid within 7 days, we may cancel the order.

5. Shipping

We ship Australia-wide only.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• courier disruptions

• weather events

• incorrect address details provided by the customer

6. Returns, Exchanges & Damages

We accept returns in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind

We do not offer returns for change of mind unless otherwise specified.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
